Rovato: the communal advice in support of the Coldiretti. Abstention of part of the Ds on the Supplemented road Plan XXV April
Fourth communal advice in last weeks to Rovato. To beginning in August, the majority advisors - still absent, in fact, all and seven the men of Rovato of the Freedom - have found themselves for the last pre-summer meeting. A meeting without particular political rocks to the order of the day, but that has booked a little final "surprise" with the abstention of the advisors Angelo Bergomi (present secretary Ds) and Gianfranco Serra (ex-secretary Ds) on the adoption of the Supplemented Program of Intervention of Road XXV April and next Road. I stop. There diverged instead of the position of the third Ds in advice, Mary Teresa Berardi, who has expressed herself instead in favour of the Plan with all the other advisors of the toy train.
The absence of the advisors of RdL keeps on creating some technical problems in the appointment of the commissions consigliari and of several representation organs. * emanation of the decrees carried out for the production of agroenergie with microinstallations that extol the value and the connection with the Italian territory;
* application of the OCM fruit and vegetable and of the OCM wine coherently with all that already estimated and carried out at the Reform Fischler's of 2003;
* emanation of the Decrees foreseen by the Holding company 2007. To exemplifying headline:
* emanation of the decree that disciplines the applicatory formalities of the “New agricultural society” - indispensable tool to face the "true" markets;
* accomplishment of all the estimated measures (in the DPEF 2007) for the insurance management of the atmospheric risks and of the fund to favour the economic and productive recovery of the companies struck by crisis of market;
* emanation of the decree foreseen in the holding company 2007 for the discipline of the farmer markets and the exercise of the “direct sale” of the consumers; accomplishment of the law 231 on the die agreements for the development of new shapes of collaboration between the agricultural enterprises, the great structures of sale or the commercial centres;
* stabilisation of some of the fiscal regimes in agriculture:
* with the updating of the cadastre earthly and consequent variations of the buildings rural to urban there is provided, for 2007, a greater yield for 570 million Euro that will rise to 1 milliard and 100 million Euro to regime in virtue of which there is asked the Government the stabilisation of the fiscal regimes (Irap in the percentage of 1,9 % and taxes, register and mortgage); accomplishment of the fiscal measures foreseen in holding company 2007;
* to promote a new report of die been based on the possibility of the agricultural enterprise of risking his list in conditions of equal timeliness with the rest of the economic actors. Interrupting the season of public financing to some economic structures that have neither the majority nor ability nor list in the market or are not in conditions of there remaining without the same public subsidies.
