I know that this is not a ruling for either of the two appeals. But is the answer to the request made by the suspension of common Rovato and Cazzago SM cave on the provincial level (1 Appeal of 2005). On this request the suspension was not given. On the appeal made on our local event (quarry Bonfadina) EE opened an inquiry: it means that within 30 days the relevant sector of the region should send correspondence to the appropriate TAR and explain why with an area of 35 hectares has not been granted Evaluation of Environmental Imaptto.
