It is incredible that in connection with an European infraction there is a Region that it makes a sham of nothing. And the Province of Brescia worse still authorises the extractive field. I put a question. If in next weeks the ground must undergo irreversible damages and then must the TAR give a judgement favourable to the municipalities who would compensate the damages?
The officials of the Province and of the Region?
The names and the surnames we know all of them, like those provincial and regional advisors who have participated to vote for the plan quarries. And like that of our ex-mayor who in due time did not formulate observations contrary on arrival to this extractive field.

I do present time that 27/12 the Sector Management and Maintenance has given roads of the Province the Bettoni spa to realise permission an access for the quarry on the SP 51 (the road that it brings at the Bertola to Cazzago S.M). in resort Frusca.
With strength in public I lead the citizens to knowledge of this state of things. I do not conceive the quickness with whom these measures are taken. Someone should to me explain these passages:
1) In October 2006 the Province authorises the rotunda between the ex-public one 11, road Remembrance and the road for Lodetto even if the Rovato municipality is contrary and the firm has not the necessary areas to realise it.
2) In September 2007 the Province gives the adjournment of one year to the firm to realise the rotunda. Direct consequence of the incapacity of the firm of acquiring the necessary areas.
3) In December 2007, 27!!, the Province authorises a temporary duration access again annual where “… to allow the use it for internal extractive activity, in slope of the carrying out of the rotating release on the SP BS11 Po Superior resort Lodetto.”
But have we gone mad? As the firm has not persuaded all the private citizens to sell the areas for the rotating one Lodetto in the meantime is a temporary access of one year authorised on Cazzago S.M.?
Are these the formalities of the Province?
We are to the most complete madness.
There are demands of the firm and suddenly answers are seen on the shortest times at the Province. Moreover, than one month a temporary entry is authorised on Cazzago S.M. of the duration of one year when the technical card of the plan quarries was reciting that the practicability would not must interest the communal territory of Cazzago S.M.
They are terrified and made indignant.
In the meantime we wait for the pronunciation at the request of suspension to the TAR and wait for signals with the Proxy.

And I am convinced that mister Bergomi is not making a thing outside from head with this one his tenacious opposition to the opening of another quarry. Then, seeing that the private citizen has not obtained the necessary areas because not all the private citizens have given way to the quarryman "comprotuttoio" at his request it gives him an annual adjournment and at last it allows him to enter temporarily for one year with another part to the quarry ground influencing the communal territory of Cazzago S.M. when the plan quarries of she the same dismissed person was forbidding this possibility.

I do present time that this is not a sentence for anybody two late resorts. But it is the answer to the request of suspension put forward by the municipalities of Rovato and Cazzago S.M. on the whole plan quarries provincial (1st resort of 2005). At this request the suspension has not been given. As to the resort done on our local case (quarry Bonfadina) èè been opened an investigation: it means that within 30 days the competent sector of the Region must send the opportune correspondences to the TAR and to explain because with a 35 hectares field the Evaluation of Imaptto Ambientale has not been allowed.
It is useless to do too many evaluations. We attend next 30 days. In the meantime I do present time that two municipalities together with the lawyer who follows them will decide how to set itself in the near useful audience where it will be discussed the regional material.
I take the opportunity to remember that the exposed one at me presented in Priocura to Brescia there does not enter not at all with the resorts to the TAR. It is a second road that with Legambiente Franciacorta we have decided to undertake. On that side I have not novelty to bring back.
